This week has felt like an entire month so to say I’m happy it’s Friday is an understatement. Celebrating with my favorite protein pancakes - 40g protein, 39g carbs, & 10g fat for the stack (including toppings)!!! I don’t count macros, but I was curious & I think that’s pretty solid 🤔
Cinnamon Bun Protein Pancakes (adapted from @kissmywheatgrass_ 😘) 👉🏻 Mix 1 scoop @mrm_nutrition vegan cinnamon bun protein, 3 Tbsp @birchbenders paleo pancake mix, an egg, a few dashes of cinnamon, & water until you reach desired consistency. Add the water little by little so the batter doesn’t get too runny!!! Cook on a pre-heated skillet (~medium heat) w/ a little bit of ghee. Flip once bubbles start to form on the surface of the pancake. Recipe makes ~3-4 pancakes.
Layer with 4% coffee @siggisdairy & top with berries, bee pollen, pumpkin seeds, & a drizzle of pure maple syrup.
