I will say it until I'm blue in the face: traditional exercise programs & eating less are the EXACT OPPOSITE of what you should be doing to lose weight permanently and restore your energy, hormones, and overall health.
The thing is, the trainer at the gym or the online health and fitness coach doesn't really know any better. They are still teaching outdated, oversimplified approaches like count your calories, do HIIT workouts, and skip meals because they literally think that's the only way to lose weight.
Telling someone to eat less and exercise more to lose weight is just like a doctor telling a patient to take a drug without addressing the root issues.
When you really take the time to look under the hood of the average stressed-out female, what's you'll ACTUALLY find is a body that needs...
...LESS traditional exercise
...MORE nutrient-dense food
...MORE habits & behaviors that reduce stress
