I am doing a night sky photography theme of about 3 to 6 pictures.
This is the first one of the theme in which I'll tell you basics of how to capture stars at night.
Equipment: DSLR, tripod stand is optional ( laikn laga lo tou acha hay )
Settings: swipe left to check the settings of my camera for this picture.
Things to keep in mind: - ISO shouldn't be above 200
- keep the shutter at BULB
- You can vary the F stop as required
- Camera should remain stable so find a good spot to place it or put it on a tripod
For best possible results connect your DSLR to your mobile phone through the camera app and it will work as a shutter remote. The reason to use your phone instead of the camera button is that when the camera is on BULB mode you have to keep the shutter button pressed. Time can be more than 10s in most cases. In my case it was on 61seconds. So in the process your movement can disturb the quality of the picture.
If you have any questions you can ask in the comments or DM me. I'll answer them in the next post or in your DM. THANKS.
