Day of ❤️ for yourself and the hour of ❤️for yourself.
A couple years ago, I took a course in psychology and the professor gave me a very good exercise, which I have been using all this time and am very grateful to her for!Today I will share it with you!
High self-esteem and self-confidence are the key to success in most areas of life! You know these people. Looking at them, you think “nothing special” at first, but because of their confidence and self-love, you suddenly find yourself listening and catching every word they say!😻 There are plenty of ways to get your self esteem where it should be. And we all know, but don’t follow. The things I’m telling you about are pretty easy and very pleasant to follow. Give them a try, you won’t regret it!🙌🏼 Once a week, you need to devote one day of ❤️ to your body. Masks, massages, procedures, spa, gym, manicure, hair removal, esthetician, 🛁🛍🧸anything your soul desires, but only for YOURSELF!💇🏼♀️💆🏽♀️Remember, people only treat you the way you treat yourself. So give yourself what you’d like to get from others. Try disconnecting your📞 . Sounds crazy, I know. But it feels quite amazing.
Go to the park. Museum. Watch that silly comedy you wanted to watch for a while. And once a day at least an hour you also need to devote to yourself. This includes morning and evening rituals, a bath with salt or foam, aromas, day and night face care, make-up, massagers, peels, masks, body wraps, herbal tea or yoga, just something that puts a smile on that beautiful face.
