What’s your favorite health benefit running gives you?
It’s no surprise I am extremely passionate about running! What excites me most about running is the aftermath of it and why I choose to keep going. Whether it’s a stress reliever, personal control, cardiovascular improvement, physical strength, or overall mental health. It just about covers all important factors to sustain a health and happy life!
My recent connections with the many motherhood women I interact with daily, have sparked the motive behind this post. Nothing makes me more happier when I receive messages saying that I have inspired them to pick up running or better themselves in trying to just move forward.
