Can't believe that such a good lunch deal exists right in the heart of the central business district of the world's most expensive city! New executive chef @chefdirx has helmed restaurants all over the world, from Switzerland to Dubai to Macau, and so brings a wealth of experience and culinary talent to the Four Seasons, joining the likes of three-Michelin starred Caprice and Lung King Heen, as well as two Michelin-starred Sushi Saito. Choose from the inventive salads, cold seafood station or sandwiches for lighter fare. If you don't mind the post-lunch sleepsies, I definitely recommend you go for the hot roast station or the indian curry! There's also a noodle bar that features different soup bases on a rotating basis, from tom yum goong, to laksa. Loved the loaded dessert buffet, especially that balanced passionfruit souffle pudding with just the right amount of tartness and sweetness.
