One of the main complaints I hear from stylists is that they feel like they are always rushed to complete a fashion color.
For a stylist/client or Boss/stylist to be on the same page is, how time is spent. I’ve been told in the past I’m too slow, that I shouldn’t take that long to do this or that. I’ve also had clients tell me that will take too long.
Most of my fashion colors are existing clients, so they move along a little faster in time because under the color is a blank canvas, new client(color correction) will usually take longer.
I think if you’re honest with your client or whoever is questioning your timing, it hopefully would work out. Don’t let anyone tell you your timing determines your worth. If that can’t be understood , maybe it’s time to move on. “No one can make you feel inferior without your consent” .
